Terms of Use for Slidekata Templates

  1. License: By purchasing or using this PowerPoint template ("Template"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. This Template is licensed for personal or commercial use, as specified in section 2, but not for resale or redistribution.

  2. Permitted Use: You are permitted to:

    • Use the Template for creating presentations for personal or commercial purposes.

    • Edit and customize the Template for your own needs to create a derivative work (“Derivative Work”).

    • Distribute the Derivative Work except as prohibited in section 3.

  3. Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from: 

    • Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the Template in any form, including but not limited to, as a template, a product, or a part of a product.

    • Reselling or sub-licensing components of the Template in any form, including but not limited to images, text, and diagrams.

    • Sharing the Template with others, even if they are part of your organization, unless they have purchased their own license.

    • Selling, reselling, or licensing the Derivative Work.

    • Using the Template for any illegal or unethical purposes.

  4. Ownership: The Template and all associated intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets) are owned by Slidekata LLC.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Template is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  6. Limitation of Liability: Slidekata LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Template or the Derivative Work.

  7. Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.

  8. Entire Agreement: These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Slidekata LLC relating to the use of the Template and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
